TJ Bliss offers Free Shipping on all priced items which takes about 3-4 weeks from date of order to arrive at your doorsteps.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time: all orders are verified and sent to manufacturing warehouse within 24 hours after the order has been placed. It then takes about 3-4 days for items to be prepared and customized, checked for quality and then packaged and sent for shipping. 

Shipping Time: this is the time needed to ship from our warehouse to your doorsteps. After processing and leaving our warehouse, orders normally takes about 2-3 weeks to reach your destination but can take longer from time to time depending on  availability, distance and any logistics to be handled to ship the items to your doorsteps . Once items are shipped, we will send you an order specific tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.

Overall, please allow 3- 4 weeks for your orders to arrive. All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking.

Sometimes, there might be some unavoidable custom procedures that may result in your order taking a slightly longer time to arrive. If more than 5 weeks have passed please email us at support@tjbliss.com to review the status of your order.

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from different warehouses depending on availability and order processing logistics and may be shipped at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees are determined by your local customs office and may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination.
