Return and Refund Policy

We, at TJ Bliss, ensure that every customer is served with the best online shopping experience at our store. Therefore we offer a Full Refund on any items that are defective, damaged and/or lost during shipping. Alternatively, we can process and ship a new order of your items subject to availability. 

However, our return policy is applicable for 30 days from date of order delivery. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or process a new shipment.

If the items received are not damaged or defective but you are not satisfied with the items, you can return them and get a full refund. To be eligible for a refund or an exchange in this case, you need to return the items unused and in the same condition that you received them.

Kindly contact us at support@tjbliss.com to arrange for a return. Please note that you will need to pay for any shipping costs incurred for returning your items. Once the returned items are received and inspected by our warehouse, we will then process your refund and the full order amount will automatically be added to your Paypal account or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
