1. Are these keepsake bouquets suitable for weddings?
Yes they are. These bouquets are made of elegantly draped satin roses and sparkling brooches, crystals and pearls. They come in various customizable styles and colors to suit any preferred wedding style from very glamourous to a more subtle bridal look. They are also noticeably lightweight and easy to store and pack which makes them ideal for destination weddings and elopements.
2. Can I customize my bouquet to my preferences?
Absolutely! You can fully customize your bouquet to fit your style and your wedding theme. You can choose from a range of bouquet sizes, rose colors and various beautiful styles of brooches and crystals. You can either select a pre-designed bouquet and customize it for fit your preferences or design one from scratch with the help of our design team.
3. Do I get to see my customized bouquet before its shipped to me?
Yes you do. Our design team will get in touch with you during the preparation process and arrange for you to virtually view the bouquet and to make sure that you are happy with how it looks before we ship it out to you.
4. How long it takes to receive my bouquet?
We will typically prepare your bouquet within 4 -5 days of you placing your order, and then it will take about 2-3 weeks to be shipped to your doorsteps. Overall, the estimated delivery time for most of our bouquet are between 3-5 weeks from date of order.
5. What happens if I receive a damaged item/wrong bouquet?
We, at TJ Bliss, offer a Full Refund on any bouquets or items that are defective, damaged and/or lost during shipping. Alternatively, we can process and ship a new bouquet/item subject to availability. You do not have to return any items back to us in this case.
6. Do you accept cancellations?
All orders are verified and sent to design warehouse within 24 hours after the order has been placed and normally shipped within 4 - 5 days. Cancellations of orders can be accepted as long as the items has not been shipped yet. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to process your cancellation and refund your payment.
7. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if the items received are not damaged or defective but you are not satisfied with the items, you can return them back to us and get a full refund of your order. Please see our Returns policy for more details. .
